CROSS COUNTY, AR - The Cross County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old. According to the Cross County Sheriff's Office Facebook page , Raymond Freeman, 33, from Wynne was arrested and charged with sexual assault in the 2nd degree.
